Philip and his fellow directors have developed the business into the leading independent adviser on residential property sales and lettings in the South Manchester area. Robert Kennedy joined Philip James as an equity partner in 2003, and hence formed a new company Philip James Kennedy. He has 10 years experience dealing with Didsbury and the surrounding areas and a reputation for a highly professional service. The firm also specialises in new developments and residential land.

Mike began his career in 1995 working for an innovative Warwickshire estate agency, the first in the UK to pioneer the use of modern computing software to help sell properties and track sales. He moved to the North West in 2001, quickly establishing himself in Edgeley and Didsbury where he ran branches for a well-known national estate agency chain. Mike joined Philip James Partnership in 2003 after the business opened a new high-tech office in Didsbury. Today Mike is a director and equity shareholder in the firm's Heaton Moor business, Philip James Wilson, and has played a central role in ensuring that Philip James leads the housing market in the locations in which they operate.

Liz began her career in the construction industry, rising to Financial Director with a premiere house builder. Attracted by the financial expansion of the Philip James network, Liz became a Director in 2005, and now heads the accountancy division and is Company Secretary. With an implicit understanding of finance in residential property, she has added a new dimension to the company's strategic decisions.

Sally began her career as an adviser for investment sales groups. After achieving an industry recognised reputation she joined Philip James to oversee new business development in lettings and management. Responsible for the management of corporate clients, new products and services, Sally has contributed to the company's rapid expansion over recent years.

Rob began his career at the age of 16 amassing a wealth of expertise in residential lettings and property management in the South Manchester and city centre. Enjoying a reputation of professionalism Rob joined Philip James in 2005 to manage the lettings and property management division.

Neil joined the company in 2006 and has worked his way up to manage the South Manchester Lettings department. Based in the Withington office and with over eight years' experience within the property industry Neil is driving the South Manchester Lettings team to establish themselves as the number one agent in the area. With the lettings market showing no signs of slowing down Neil is confident that The Philip James Partnership will go from strength to strength in the next twelve months.

Having over 15 years' experience in the residential lettings and management sector, Nadia joined the Company in 2009 as Operations Manager to lead the Property Management Team. Dealing with over 1300 properties, she strives to ensure that The Philip James Partnership remains at the top of the industry and continues to provide a service second to none to all our Clients.
