Welcome to Philip James kennedy

Philip James Kennedy is Didsbury’s leading independent estate agent. We have a proven track record of achieving the highest prices within the shortest times, so you’ll find more people instructing us to sell their Didsbury homes than any of our competitors. Run-of-the-mill agents will offer newspaper advertising, online presence and For Sale boards, but we know that’s not enough. It’s the dedication and experience of our Didsbury team that really makes the difference.

We have invested and trained our team to the standards required by a market leading office, and they never let us down. We have the highest staff-to-property ratio with a very low turnover of staff and all team members have an excellent knowledge of the geography of Didsbury and the surrounding areas. The team know all the properties they are selling, including the best selling features, and offer viewings seven days a week including evening appointments.

Centrally located in a prestigious corner position, the state of the art office boasts six picture windows showcasing our fine portfolio of properties for sale with halo backlighting to maximise the impact. Inside is the largest marketing suite in the village where you can relax and speak with our consultants about your specific property requirements or to just have an informal chat about the market.

Didsbury has a wealth of sought after properties and continues to enjoy a relatively buoyant market. We are still experiencing high levels of demand for the most sought after properties with many clients achieving great prices. With the Metrolink soon to open, we are expecting modest price rises in the short term and more design developments now that the market has stabilised.

Philip James Kennedy is Didsbury's favourite agent because we continued to succeed in a challenging market through constantly reviewing our marketing techniques and updating our technology to maintain a cutting edge. We believe in presenting your property stylishly and professionally and - through proactive marketing - reach as many potential buyers as possible. We aim to get the best price and the right people for your home.

When you sell your home with Philip James Kennedy, you'll be given a high-quality A4 tailored brochure with a beautifully-written description of your home, highlighting all the key selling points. This luxury brochure will include;

1. Professional photographs to show your home at its best

2. Property location details

3. Land Registry maps

4. Room measurements in metric and imperial sizes,

5. Location details and a

6. Detailed floorplans in full-colour

We make sure every property has a prominent position in our new top-of-the-range window display and with Didsbury's best-located office we get more passers-by than any other agent. We extensively market your home on more property portals (including Rightmove and Zoopla) than any other local agent and include your home in weekly newspaper advertising and national publications. Our exclusive video tours are particularly popular and can be accessed either through our own website or on Rightmove, Britain's most-viewed property site.

All new properties are instantly emailed, and text alerts are sent to our central database of buyers whose requirements we know in detail. We specialise in targeted mailouts and phone calls to prospective buyers on all new instructions. Our Philip James phone app guarantees access for buyers on the move, and Facebook and Twitter have property feeds. Our website is industry admired and took significant investment and research to guarantee it is user friendly and fairly represents the portfolio of properties we are showcasing.

About Kennedy

Welcome to Didsbury, Manchester's most sought-after residential location. We're just a few miles south of Manchester City Centre and transport links are fantastic, from the busiest bus route in Europe to the nearby M60 and the new Metrolink which opens around the corner from our office in the Spring of 2013.

Over 14,000 people have chosen to live in Didsbury and it's easy to see why. The Victorian and Edwardian housing stock is superb, the schools are amongst the best in the country and Didsbury Village has matured beautifully in the last few years with a cafe culture that wouldn't look out of place in Barcelona or Prague!

Philip James Kennedy's offices are centrally positioned on Wilmslow Road, in a prime position amongst the Didsbury estate agents. We have a wide variety of Didsbury property for sale, ranging from 1 bed apartments to 6 bed houses. Some of the most popular developments in Didsbury include Citipeak and Didsbury point in West Didsbury.

The new Didsbury Metrolink station will open in the summer of 2013 enabling passengers to travel by rail from West Didsbury to the city centre for the first time since 1967. The new Metrolink stations will be:

Didsbury Village On the south side of School lane

West Didsbury Immediately after the line crosses under the Palatine Road/Lapwing Lane junction.
