He has 10 years experience dealing with Didsbury and the surrounding areas and a reputation for a highly professional service. The firm also specialises in new developments and residential land.

With a successful background in financial marketing, Louise quickly established herself as a key member of the Didsbury office, managing a large portfolio of property through to completion. Now as Office Manager Louise has ensured the team continues to provide the great customer service it is renowned for whilst the company continues to expand further.

Tony started his career straight after studying, during the summer of 1996 and is a highly experienced negotiator with a meticulous knowledge of the Didsbury property market. With previous experience working for large estate agency chains, Tony was an original member of the company responsible for market appraisals, and is consistent star performer.

Having joined Philip James Kennedy in 2006, following a career in the financial services industry, Adam has established himself as a key sales negotiator. With a keen technical eye Adam also ensures that the company keeps abreast of all new technological developments to make sure we are constantly improving the way we market our properties.
Vanessa Atherton
Head Administrator / Lettings Coordinator
Heading the administration department, Vanessa co ordinates all office systems and manages the computer networks responsible for brochure production. Recently she has taken responsibility for our highly successful Lettings & Management department which continues to thrive under her close supervision.

An experienced member of the team Francesca has lived in the Didsbury area all her life, and can advise clients on local schools and amenities. Responsible for a large portfolio of properties Francesca is a popular member of staff, who achieves fabulous results for our clients.
