Robert Kennedy joined Philip James as an equity partner in 2003, and hence formed a new company Philip James Kennedy. He has 10 years experience dealing with Didsbury and the surrounding areas and a reputation for a highly professional service. The firm also specialises in new developments and residential land.

Tony started his career straight after studying, during the summer of 1996 and is a highly experienced manager with a meticulous knowledge of the Didsbury property market. With previous experience working for large estate agency chains, Tony was an original member of the company responsible for market appraisals, and is consistent star performer.

With a successful background in financial marketing, Louise has quickly established herself as a key member of the Didsbury office, managing a large portfolio of property through to completion. Recently she has established the highly successful Lettings & Management department which continues to thrive under her close supervision.

Heading the administration department, Vanessa co ordinates all office systems and manages the computer networks responsible for brochure production. With a genuine passion for property, she manages a portfolio of property and is an experienced negotiator.

An experienced member of the team Francesca has lived in the Didsbury area all her life, and can advise clients on local schools and amenities. Responsible for a large portfolio of properties Francesca is a popular member of staff, who achieves fabulous results for our clients.

A full time member of the team, Katie's prompt approach and detailed knowledge of our portfolio of properties, reflects the companies pledge to accompany viewings professionally.
