Philip James Kennedy is renowned for its friendly and professional staff who will do all they can to ensure a smooth transaction from beginning to end. When bringing a property to the market we will do the floor plan, brochure and photography all in one appointment before sending the draft brochure for your approval. All viewings are arranged for convenient times, accompanied by our experienced viewing representatives if preferred, and feedback provided within 24 hours. Once a sale is agreed both buyers and sellers are guided through to completion by a dedicated negotiator who will liaise between all parties and be on hand to guide you through any difficulties. Philip James Kennedy offer the complete service also being able to provide Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), independent surveyors, legal referrals and our own in-house free Independent Financial Adviser.
