Philip James Wilson have staff specialized within the office roles to ensure a smooth flow from instruction to move in. The HIP, floor plans, description and photography are all done in one appointment then sent to you for your approval. Christine and Julie are a competent team ensuring that viewings are arranged & followed up, offers put forward professionally and negotiated in a fair and honest format. Buyers and sellers are then assisted though to completion, with chains reviewed, solicitor contact, survey review, follow up reports and negotiation. With no sale, no fee and payment at completion the sale is sometimes just the start of our service to our clients.
