Philip James Partnership has evolved since its conception in 1998; we now operate as Philip James Wilson headed by director Mike Wilson offering a professional personal service likened to that offered by independent agents, yet with the support and wider marketing offered by larger corporate companies. The partnership now has branches in Didsbury, Withington and Manchester located next to the Hilton Hotel on Deansgate.

We believe we have the most visible office encouraging more visitors than our competitors and one that encourages buyers to discuss with us their requirements in more detail; we identify homes and then encourage viewings using full screen digital imagery. Once on the system buyers are updated with regular calls, emails, text messages and a property update that arrives on their doorstep each Saturday morning, when they have more time to digest their post.

Philip James Wilson have staff specialized within the office roles to ensure a smooth flow from instruction to move in. The HIP, floor plans, description and photography are all done in one appointment then sent to you for your approval. Christine and Julie are a competent team ensuring that viewings are arranged & followed up, offers put forward professionally and negotiated in a fair and honest format. Buyers and sellers are then assisted though to completion, with chains reviewed, solicitor contact, survey review, follow up reports and negotiation. With no sale, no fee and payment at completion the sale is sometimes just the start of our service to our clients.
