Burnage is a suburb of Manchester located just 4 miles south of the City Centre. The A34, the main thoroughfare from Wilmslow to Manchester cuts through the centre of Burnage which is home to Burnage Rugby club, Errwood Park & in entertainment circles is famous for being the former home of the Gallagher brothers of Oasis fame and actors John Thaw, Max Beesley and David Threlfall (Frank Gallagher, Shameless).

Burnage is only minutes from City Centre Manchester by either Car, Bus or train (there are 2 train stations; Burnage & Mauldeth Road) and only a short drive away from Manchester Airport.

Tenants get far more 'value for money' in Burnage than in their near neighbours such as Didsbury or the Heatons and the Burnage property market is gradually becoming more & more popular with tenants, landlords and homeowners.

We have 3 bed semi detached houses for rent at just £695 per month and fully furnished 2 bed apartments for rent at only £595 per month.

Useless facts:

The name Burnage is thought to be a corruption of "Brown Hedge" from the old brown stone walls or "hedges" which were common there in medieval times.

At the end of the nineteenth century George Bernard Shaw described Burnage as the prettiest village in Manchester.
