Our Property Management department is structured to ensure that we give all our Tenants and Landlords the excellent customer service that we pride ourselves on. With a dedicated maintenance department that has access to over 200 contractors, we can deal with all aspects of property repairs and maintenance.

As well as this, we have staff dedicated to the other areas within property management. These areas include tenancy renewals, inspections, insurance and collection of rent arrears. We also carry out photographic inventories and move out reports on all properties to ensure the Tenant leaves the property in a suitable condition when they vacate.

Many individual Landlords and investors find our services invaluable as they can rely on us to deal with any matters relating to the rental and upkeep of the property so that their time is not taken up by dealing with these issues. We always aim to respond to any reports from Tenants as quickly as possible, therefore keeping them happy which generally results in them staying on in the property after the initial tenancy, leaving less vacant periods.
