Finding a student property

Philip James Partnership Ltd are specialists in Manchester student accommodation and have a large selection of properties available, anything from a 1 bedroom apartment to 10 bedroom houses.

We have student offices in Withington Village and Manchester City Centre. With viewings 7 days a week and in the evenings you will not have to miss classes to view any properties.

Our state of the art technology allows you to keep up to date with all new properties that come on the market with daily emails sent direct to you.

All our dedicated staff are friendly, approachable and experienced in the student lettings market and will do their utmost to assist you in any way possible to ensure you find this demanding time as stress free as possible.

Once you have found a property

Once you have seen a property you wish to take, you simply need to contact one of our offices and reserve the property by paying your deposit. As soon as you have paid this your property will be taken off the market and no one else will see it.

REMEMBER – You will not have to pay an agency fee

Completing your tenancy agreement

Once we have received all the information requested we will draft a tenancy agreement and arrange a suitable time for you to come to our office and sign your agreement.

All tenancy agreements and paper work must be completed with 3 weeks of you paying your deposit.

After you have been into our office and signed your tenancy agreement and paper work we will provide you with your landlord’s details and arrange a date you can move into your new property
