We have over 40 staff looking after your needs and extended opening hours through the week so you will be able to see any property at your convenience. Our offices are open for viewings from 09:00 to 20:00 weekdays and 09:00 till 4:30 on a Saturday, all your viewings will be accompanied and transport to each appointment can be arranged by our office. Our state of the art technology allows you to keep up to date with all new properties that come on the market with daily emails sent direct to you. All our dedicated staff are friendly, approachable and experienced in the lettings market and will do their utmost to assist you in any way possible to ensure you find this stressful time as stress free as possible. Once you have seen a property you wish to take, you simply need to contact one of our offices and reserve the property by paying your administration fee and deposit. As soon as you have paid this your property will be taken off the market and no one else will see it. |
When this has been done we will arranged a moving in date that suits you. Please provide us with the following information from you before you move in.
If the property you wish to take is empty we at times are able to move you in within 24 hours if we have received all the above information and your credit check has been successful. On the day you are due to move in everything will be waiting for you at our office ready to move you into your new home. |
