Philip James Partnership was founded in 1998 and has since built up a reputation for offering all our clients an excellent service. Our City Centre branch is headed by Rob Cuffe and offers a professional personal service likened to that offered by a independent agent yet with the support and wide marketing offered by a large corporate company. The partnership now has branches in the City Centre, Didsbury, Withingron and Heaton Moor.

Philip James Partnership is renowned for its friendly and professional staff who will do all they can to ensure a smooth transaction from beginning to end. When bringing a property to the market we will do the floor plan, brochure and photography all in one appointment before sending the draft brochure for your approval. All viewings are arranged for convenient times, accompanied by our experienced viewing representatives if preferred, and feedback provided within 24 hours. Once a sale is agreed both buyers and sellers are guided through to completion by a dedicated negotiator who will liaise between all parties and be on hand to guide you through any difficulties.
