The Beetham Tower is Manchester’s most famous contemporary building and the tallest residential apartment block in Western Europe. At 47-storeys high this imposing glass tower can be seen from the outskirts of the city and offers 360degree panoramic views across Manchester.
There are north-facing views towards the hills of the Rossendale Valley, east-facing views of the Peak District and west-facing views towards Liverpool. But the most popular apartments are the south-facing units; they have full-width internal balconies with sunny south-facing views across the Cheshire Plains.
The Hilton Hotel occupies the bottom 23-stories of the building with Cloud 23, Manchester’s most famous cocktail bar on Level 23. The apartments are located from Level 25 to Level 47, ranging from compact studio apartments on the north side of the building to medium-sized one-bedroom apartments on the south side.
The most widely-available apartments are the two-bedroom units; they starts at @ 800sqft on the lower floors up to 1235sqft on the higher floors with prices ranging from £900pcm for the smallest 2-bedroom apartment to £1,350 for the largest. The penthouse on Level 47 is privately owned.
The Beetham Tower has one of the most impressive entrance halls in the city centre with marble-clad walls and floors, a glass-bottomed swimming pool above and 24-hr uniformed concierge. All 2-bedroom apartments come with an underground car parking space and there is a newly-installed finger-print entry system.
