Our top five spaces this month

From psychedelic murals to cosy panelling, we absolutely love it when people express themselves through their homes. This month, we’re showing you our top 5 spaces that we have recently sold or brought to market! Our criteria for these is pretty open, they don’t have to be the biggest or the most expensive, they just need to have that flair of personality! So in no particular order…

Interior design open plan living room

The floor-to-ceiling shelving creates instant drama when you enter the living space and gives a great way of showing off your prized possessions. We also love the yellow accents throughout.

Colourful interior design kitchen and dining room

What stands out to us in this property is the funky mural on the breakfast bar. The decoration throughout the entire property shows the fun loving side of the owner of this property. Definitely a great place for entertaining large groups of people. An honourable mention goes to the army men scaling up the main stairwell.

Large neutral, open-plan living room

We absolutely love the double-height, slanted ceiling. Combined with the neutral colours and natural materials it gives the feeling of an alpine chalet rather than an apartment in South Manchester.

If you want to see a great example of doing a lot with not much space, look no further than this apartment. The entire property there is a clear theme throughout, focusing on vibrant patterns and colours. Combined with an eclectic mix of wall art, you can definitely see this person’s personality shine.

Eclectic and quirky interior design

What can we say here? It’s bright and airy, and simultaneously warm and cosy thanks to the full-length extension. The owner of this property has not held back when it comes to decoration, and we love it. We promise the Ox head isn’t a real one though.
