Philip James is one of Greater Manchester’s largest independent chains of estate agents – every year we sell over £280m and manage over £410m of property. We are one of the North West’s fastest growing property companies with a 200% growth in the last five years. After expanding across Central and South Manchester, we opened new branches in East Manchester.

Our 65-strong team include some of the industry’s most experienced and respected professionals including top performing sales directors, accountants, financial advisors, investment buyers and management experts.

 

Overview

Philip James was taken over by Philip Nolan in 2003 with a vision to transform the business from a small branch agency to Manchester’s largest independent chain. Over the past decade Philip James has expanded into Manchester’s most popular residential areas including the City Centre, Didsbury, Withington and Heaton Moor.

We take an innovative approach and are always open to new marketing ideas and approaches. In fact, we take marketing so seriously that we employ a full time Marketing Manager who looks after our branding, advertising, website and social media including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter
