Once you’ve agreed the above and registered with Philip James Investments we will start to source investment stock for you.

  • We will visit the properties in person.
  • We’ll source 2-3 properties that meet your requirements and provide a detailed, bespoke, property brochure.
  • We will also provide a 5 Year Financial Forecast.
  • We will liaise with you and the seller, instruct solicitors and surveyors on your behalf, correspond with your financial advisor and push the sale for completion within 8 weeks.
