Here at Philip James we’re delighted to announce the launch of our new iPhone App. We’ve designed the Philip James App to help our customers find their dream home as quickly as possible. And to prove how easy it is to use we gave an iPhone to our Didsbury lettings negotiator, Farra Siddiq, and asked her to test it for us;
“My first impression was how easy it is to use. All I had to do is search for “Philip James” in the iPhone App store and there it was. I downloaded it in a few seconds and I was ready to go.
“Using Philip James’s iPhone App couldn’t be easier. There are plenty of complicated Apps on the market, so I’m pleased we’ve decided to buck the trend and make searching really simple. I just opened up the App, typed in where I wanted to live and then selected either rent or buy – and that was it.
“I scrolled through all the results and discovered all our latest properties live on the App, so I’ve kept the “Philip James” icon on my screen and now I can find the latest flats and houses quicker than if I was on my PC
“I’ve also found a couple of cute touches; I could search by a specific branch (including my own in Didsbury) and I discovered how to save all my favourite properties in one place. This means when our clients have found their perfect home, all they need to do is give us a call or send us a message via the iPhone App.
“I’ve worked in property for quite a while now and I know what a fast-moving game it is, so it’s great that we’ve launched an iPhone App and kept one step ahead of our competitors. I’m wondering what our IT guys will do next. When I can afford an iPad I’ll call the guys upstairs and ask them to build an App for that too!

1. Click on your iPhone App Store and search for “Philip James”
2. Click on our App. It’s free so just click “install” and it will automatically download onto your iPhone
3. Now you can search all of our properties. You can search by area, select one of our six offices or save all your favourite properties
