Philip James are delighted to announce the successful sale of a £5m property development, located just minutes from Manchester city centre.
Made up of 72 modern apartments, the development is part of our firm’s successful history of managing projects of this size, with 2012 being one of our most profitable years.
We initially sold 36 apartments and then sought the backing of an investor to take on the sale of all 72 apartments; all of which were exchanged within 28 days.
