Over the last 12 months, Philip James Wilson has agreed some momentous property sales.

In the summer, the agent completed on the most expensive house sale of 2016 in the whole of M34.  This was a truly stunning 2635 sq ft, five bedroom detached property surrounded by woodland and adjacent to the Tame Valley conservation area on Green End in Haughton Green, marketed at an asking price of £425,000.

They have also recently sold Manor Farm on Haughton Green Road, which is one of Denton’s oldest properties.  This beautiful Grade II listed farmhouse was built in around 1735 and boasts a wealth of original features. The four-bedroomed property has been beautifully maintained by the former owners who sold their home before emigrating to the USA.
