A Summer of being NUMBER ONE for Philip James Lettings
Our team at Philip James Lettings in Manchester have had a very busy Summer, as you will see from Rightmove’s data between 4th June 2021 and 4th October 2021 the number of Lets Agreed were higher than our competitors, which puts us in the number 1 position out of the Top 10 Letting Agents in Manchester! We’re incredibly proud of this achievement because there are so many Lettings Agents in Manchester, but we are confident that we’ll continue to deliver results for our customers and help them secure the perfect property. Whilst growing the number of landlords we represent.
The Manchester office is in a prime location on Deansgate, and benefits from having a team of experienced lettings professionals who go the extra mile for customers. The challenge has been keeping up with the amount of applicants for rental properties due to how buoyant the Manchester rental market continues to be. However the team work hard to service those enquiries and let properties quickly, in fact, all our properties have been let.
We kept void periods below the industry normal and increased rents for our landlords, especially in the suburbs which has left them delighted as we still provide value for tenants.
