From the end of 2021 through to the summer of 2022 the aim of the Inspections team is to ensure all of our 2800 managed properties are inspected.
Periodic visual inspections are an integral part of our Management service. By completing a full, formally recorded inspection report it means our clients can be reassured on the current condition. We will advise on any maintenance issues that need immediate attention but also outline actions or works that would be advisable in the future.
All of our landlords receive a detailed inspection report, which includes photographic evidence on the condition of the property inside and out. This level of service that we provide allows us to keep the property in good condition and address any maintenance issues. We’ve already inspected over 700 of our managed properties and received positive comments from landlords regarding the service provided.
The tenants also have the opportunity to provide feedback on the property to one of our trained professionals in person. This enables us to give them peace of mind and in turn confidence in us as an agent, their Landlord and indeed their tenancy generally.
