To be 1st out of 350 Lettings Agents in Manchester is something we are very proud of. We have agreed lets on 1103 properties, which is over 397 more than our nearest competitor.
We have seen an unprecedented level of enquiries in recent months, with the team receiving over 2000 phone and email enquiries from Rightmove alone, this has proved a challenge for the staff to keep up to date and contact people back. Resulting in us having to draft in staff from other departments to help deal with the enquiries.
The lack of rental stock in Manchester is a challenge, and whilst it’s great to see that over 65% of our current tenants extending their tenancies and choosing to stay for another year, it is contributing to the shortage of properties available to let.
