Our busy, South Manchester lettings office in Withington is looking for a talented Office Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
- General office administration and service back up
- Assisting with general enquiries in the office including clients and contractors
- Providing excellent customer service
Essential Skills:
- Experienced in Microsoft Office packages
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Exceptional organisational and general office skills
- Ability to work under own initiative
Desirable Skills:
- Previous Property Industry Experience
- Experience of Vebra Property Management System
- Local Area Knowledge
Role Details:
- Permanent
- Monday-Friday with rota weekend hours
